The Miracle of Mindfulness: An Introduction to the Practice of Meditation
by Thich Nhat Hanh
It was a great book. Zen actually has a great impact on my life, so far. This book covers what mindfulness simply is and how you can use it to improve your daily life experiences. Seeing how mental problems are going on increasing day by day, every other person can't and shouldn't move to medication directly, rather they need to know how their mind works, and how can they become happier with the things they already have. Mindfulness is like Maths, you need to practice it a lot, and with times it's return would be exponential I feel. This book guides you through all these processeses quite smoothly and clearly. No B.S. I would definitely recommend it along with it's sister book, from the same author, 'No Mud No Lotus'. In fact the other book is more like an application of this book.
